Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Fall 2023 Adult Session 1

$250 Deposit is due to secure your team's spot in a league. If you submit registration without payment you will have 24 hours to login to your fsasports.com account to make your deposit payment online and secure your team's spot. If payment is not made within 24 hours your team will be moved to the waiting list. We will not be accepting payments onsite. The main contact for the team will need to collect from players and can submit the balance payment online through their account or mail in a check. The balance is due prior to your team's first game.

Mini-Kickers (U5-U6)

Full refunds will be given in the event that the clinic does not have enough participants enrolled to occur which will result in cancelation. We will attempt to process all refunds within 2 weeks of the cancelation date. Refunds will not be given to individuals withdrawing on or after the posted registration deadline for the clinic of interest.

Hot Shots (U7-U9)

Full refunds will be given in the event that the clinic does not have enough participants enrolled to occur which will result in cancelation. We will attempt to process all refunds within 2 weeks of the cancelation date. Refunds will not be given to individuals withdrawing on or after the posted registration deadline for the clinic of interest.

Winter 2023 Youth Session 1

Any payments made after the session start date with incur a $50 late fee.

Future Stars (U10-U12)

Full refunds will be given in the event that the clinic does not have enough participants enrolled to occur which will result in cancelation. We will attempt to process all refunds within 2 weeks of the cancelation date. Refunds will not be given to individuals withdrawing on or after the posted registration deadline for the clinic of interest.

Goal Scorer 1 (U10-U12)
