Spring 2024 Adult Session

Will be posted no later than 1 week before the start of the session. Please do not print this out or save a screen shot! We don't anticipate many changes, but sometimes they are necessary after the initial posting and at times throughout the session. Check your schedule prior to each game to make sure you have the most up-to-date information for your team. Teams will play 1 game per week unless makeup games are necessary.

Waivers will need to be submitted on the link below prior to your first game. You will only need to submit one waiver per calendar year.

Rosters are to be uploaded by your manager our coach on the team page by clicking rosters -> Upload -> Download template

We suggest a maximum of 15 players for indoor leagues. Rosters will not be frozen and are expected to be kept up-to-date for your team. Roster checks will occur throughout the session. Please be prepared with a photo ID for all games.

All teams must wear coordinating, numbered shirts (not included). An alternate shirt must also be supplied in the event of a color conflict – Home team changes. You will not be able to borrow pinnies from FSA.

Turf and indoor flats are acceptable forms of footwear; players will not be allowed to play in cleats. Shin guards are mandatory and long pants can only be worn by the goalkeeper.
