DATES: February 20, 2012 (Monday) - February 23, 2012 (Thursday)

AGE GROUPS: Boys & Girls U10 - U18
Boys & Girls U10 - U11 will play on Monday
Boys & Girls U12 - U13 will play on Tuesday
Boys & Girls U14 - U15 will play on Wednesday
Boys & Girls U16 - U18 will play on Thursday
ENTRY FEE: $350
FORMAT: 4 Games plus "Final" (games are 25 minutes in length, no half-time)

Creation of divisions is dependant on the number of registered teams per age group. Some age groups may be combined in some cases to form a division.

FORMAT - WINTER CLASSIC CUP
There is a 4 game guarantee for all tournaments (games are 25 minutes in length, no half-time). The format for all age groups will be a 4 game Round Robin with the top two teams advancing to the final game. If there are two groups of 5 within the same age group (American/National) we will take the top point winner in each group and they will play in the final game.

ROSTER INFORMATION - WINTER CLASSIC CUP

We respectfully ask that you submit a full legible roster to the front desk at check in a half hour prior to your first scheduled game of the tournament. Roster forms are available at the front desk or Click Here for a printable version.

Players are not allowed to double roster for teams playing in the same division.

Under no circumstances will any player be permitted to play at a level below their age.

Any team wanting to protest a roster of their opponent should do so during the game in question. A referee must be asked to involve management at which time a roster will be pulled and players will be identified. Teams fielding players who are not on their roster will be forced to forfeit the game in question. A 3-0 win will be recorded for the other team.

WAIVER INFORMATION - WINTER CLASSIC CUP
All participants in any programming at FSA are required to have a waiver on file with our front desk no later than the first scheduled date of participation. It is requested that waivers for a team be submitted with the roster as a packet. If an individual player is rostered on multiple teams, they will need to submit a waiver with each team’s roster.

PAYMENT INFORMATION - WINTER CLASSIC CUP
The full fee is due by the posted deadline. Those opting to pay the fee by check will need to register on site as the online registration will only accept credit card payments. Teams will not be registered without full payment.

We accept cash, check or charge. Accepted credit cards include VISA, MasterCard & Discover.

Credit cards submitted online will be charged automatically.

An invoice will be sent to your e-mail automatically confirming payment.

 
REFUND POLICY: Full refunds will be given in the event that a program/league/tournament does not have enough participants enrolled to occur which will result in cancellation of that a program/league/tournament. We will attempt to process all refunds within 2 weeks of the cancellation date.

Refunds will not be given on deposits to teams/individuals withdrawing on or after the posted registration deadline for the program/league/tournament of interest.

CONFIRMATION - WINTER CLASSIC CUP
Once your online registration and deposit has been received, your team name will appear online and your invoice will be sent through e-mail. If after a couple days you don't see your team listed in the online group please contact us by phone at 860.677.2543 or Send E-Mail.

Some of the rules for indoor soccer differ from those of outdoor; please make sure your players and coaches understand the Rules of the Game prior to playing at FSA.

UNIFORMS/EQUIPMENT - WINTER CLASSIC CUP
All teams must wear coordinating, numbered jerseys. An alternate jersey must also be supplied in the event of a color conflict. The alternate jersey is not required to have a number.

Turf and indoor flats are acceptable forms of footwear, players will not be allowed to play in cleats. Shinguards are mandatory.
