Online Schedules - to be posted no later than 1 week before the start of the session. Please do not print this out or save a screen shot! We don't anticipate many changes, but sometimes they are necessary after the initial posting and at times throughout the session. Check your schedule prior to each game to make sure you have the most up-to-date information for your team.
Age Groups and Divisions: The creation of leagues and the availability of divisions within leagues is dependent on the number of teams registered per session. Groups may be combined to form leagues. It is our goal to put together divisions that provide the best competition for all teams involved.
Waiver & Roster Info: A Parent/Guardian of participants will need to submit waiver/roster information for the registered team their child is associated with. Parent/guardians will need to complete roster information for each session your child plays in. Waiver information only needs to be completed once per year (September 1 - August 31)
Click Here! to submit both the waiver and roster information. Prior to providing roster information you will be prompted to complete waiver information if we don't have anything on file for your player.
Roster Size: We suggest a maximum of 15 players for indoor leagues. Rosters will not be frozen and are expected to be kept up-to-date for your team. Roster checks will occur throughout the session.
Fees: $250 Deposit is due to secure your team's spot in a league. If you submit registration without payment you will have 24 hours to login to your fsasports.com account to make your deposit payment online and secure your team's spot. If payment is not made within 24 hours your team will be moved to the waiting list. We will not be accepting payments onsite. The main contact for the team will need to collect from players and can submit the balance payment online through their account or mail in a check. Balance is due before your team's first game.
Uniforms & Equipment: All teams must wear coordinating, numbered shirts (not included). An alternate shirt must also be supplied in the event of a color conflict – Home team changes. You will not be able to borrow pinnies from FSA.
Turf and indoor flats are acceptable forms of footwear; players will not be allowed to play in cleats. Shinguards are mandatory and long pants can only be worn by the goalkeeper.
Individual Players without a team:League registration is open to teams only, no individual player registration for placement on a team. If you are an individual hoping to link up with an existing team you can post an ad here Classified Ads or check out the FSA FC Juniors program below.
