Please take a moment to look over the following guidelines so that you know what you can expect when coming to FSA for a game.
All coaches and players competing in an FSA organized league are REQUIRED to complete all waiver and roster information online prior to arriving at FSA. You will not be allowed to participate without completing this information. A Parent/Guardian must complete the waiver if participant is a minor.
No pets are allowed on the property including parking lots
Drones, Aerial video and photography and the use of HI-Pod (or similar) video camera equipment or professional services are not permitted at FSA. No equipment allowed in bleachers or above head height.
No outdoor grills or tents allowed
Prior to Arriving at FSA
Coaches, referees, players, parents and spectators must stay home if sick or experiencing any COVID-19 Symptoms.
Stay home if you, a family member or a close contact is waiting for the result of a COVID-19 test.
General Illness: Any person visiting FSA (player, coach, staff, official, spectator, parent, sibling) who is sick or has symptoms of any illness should stay home; and we advise that you contact a healthcare professional.
REQUIRED Daily Health Check: Parents/Guardians are responsible for monitoring player temperature and symptoms prior to arrival at FSA. Stay home if temperature is 100.4 degrees or greater. COVID-19 CDC-defined symptoms include cough, shortness of breath, or any of the following symptoms: fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain or body aches, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea
Mask Requirement and Social Distance Guidelines
Masks are not required at FSA unless a player, coach, spectator, referee or staff member is following COVID-19 Protocol for a positive case, or close contact.
FSA respects the decision of any individual who chooses to wear a mask in practice or competition.
Social distancing is still recommended, refrain from group cheers, handshakes, team huddles, etc.
Parents are allowed to view games from side of field opposite players only, NOT player side of field
