Spiral Up Athletics Academy will be offering a lacrosse summer camp for boys'; field players and goalies, for those entering grades 3-9 in the Summer of 2023. The goal of the camp is to enhance the total development of each player through a strict focus on fundamentals, skill development, and a better understanding of game play. This camp will have something for everyone; individual attention, high level instruction, and healthy competition, no matter what the level of play.
Fundamentals include throwing, catching, shooting, and ground balls. Athletic development work includes dynamic stretching, static stretching, strength work, and running. Game like situations include even-man situations, odd-man situations, fast break, ride/ clear, face-off, small area games, and large area games. Specialized instruction will also be included to the specifics of playing attack, mid-field, defense, face-offs and goalie.

Time: 9:00 AM - 12:00 Noon
Dates: July 31 - August 3rd
What's Needed: Bring indoor shoes or sneakers (No Cleats!)
​Registration will remain open as long as space is available, however, registration for all clinics will close after the first class has occurred for each specific clinic.
Payment - We accept cash, check or charge. Accepted credit cards include VISA, MasterCard and Discover. The full fee is due with your registration. No partial payments will be accepted. Those opting to pay by check will still need to register online. Upon exiting your registration without making a credit card payment your child will be dropped into the waiting list for the group. Once your payment is received and availability is confirmed we will move your child into the officially registered group and confirm by e-mail.
Refund Policy - Full refunds will be given in the event that the clinic does not have enough participants enrolled to occur which will result in cancelation. We will attempt to process all refunds within 2 weeks of the cancelation date. Refunds will not be given to individuals withdrawing on or after the posted registration deadline for the clinic of interest.
