During registration you will be able to select one of the above options. The creation of leagues and the availability of divisions within leagues is dependent on the number of teams registered per session. Groups may be combined to form leagues. It is our goal to put together divisions that provide the best competition for all teams involved, but placement in the division requested may not be accomodated. FSA reserves the right to promote or relegate a team from one division to another, after the completion of each session.
MEN'S OPEN (6v6) - Must be 18 or older
MEN'S OVER 30 (6v6) - 2 players younger than 30 allowed, but must be at least 26 at the start of the session
MEN'S OVER 40 (7v7) - 2 players younger than 40 allowed, but must be at least 36 at the start of the session
COED (7v7) - Must be 18 or older; a minimum of 3 women as field-players required for play, not including Goalkeeper
Payments: We are not able to accept payments onsite at this time. The main contact for the team can submit the balance payment online through their account or mail in a check. We are not able to accept individual credit card payments toward a team balance.
Adult League Player Waiver & Roster:NEW! All players will be checked in prior to each game and you must be on the roster in order to play. Roster information must be submitted by each individual on your team.
Roster Size: Current restrictions will allow for 12 team representatives max on the team sideline for games. For example, if you have (2) coaches you can have (10) players. Your roster can hold more than 12 players and coaches, but only 12 will be allowed to check in for each game.
Individual Player Registration: We do not offer adult individual registration for placement on an existing team. If you are an individual hoping to link up with an existing team you can post an ad here Classified Ads
Uniforms & Equipment: All teams must wear coordinating, numbered shirts (not included in team fee). An alternate shirt must also be supplied in the event of a color conflict – Home team changes. You will not be able to borrow pinnies from FSA.
Turf and indoor flats are acceptable forms of footwear; players will not be allowed to play in cleats. Shinguards are mandatory and long pants can only be worn by the goalkeeper.

In accordance with the January 11th announcement from the Governor, all FSA events will resume as of Monday, February 1st. All league games remaining for Winter 1 are being rescheduled and teams will be notified by e-mail once available. Stay tuned for more information regarding dates for our combined Winter 2 & 3 sessions for both Leagues that will be starting up after the completion of Winter 1.
Team Fee & Format: $1000 (7) Game Round Robin
Deposit: Deposits are not required upon submitting your team application. Once your team is accepted your non-refundable deposit must be submitted to secure your spot.

Late Fee: $50 applies for team's submitting applications after October 9, 2020

Updated Sports Guidance Summary (ct.gov)Please be aware that spectator limitations have been adjusted to correspond with current guidelines. Spectators will not be allowed to attend adult league games unless the rostered player is under 21 years of age. Only players under 21 will be allowed to have a parent or guardian accompany them to the game.
